Derby City Limousines Policies Surrounding COVID-19 (Corona Virus)
& the Safety Concern for our Clients and Employees
⚠️ We will continue to monitor the severity of the threat to our service area through official government agency reports.
⚠️ All the glassware will be removed from the limousine/bus for all trips. In doing so, we would encourage our clients to bring along disposable cups for their trips.
⚠️ Interior cleanings of the fleet will be completed using antimicrobial cleaning agents on a daily basis and in between trips using the same vehicle.
⚠️ Any employee suffering from symptoms that mimic the flu, will be advised to seek medical attention and not allowed to report to work.
⚠️ We will still adhere to our reservation process securing all reservations with a nonrefundable deposit on a first-come, first-serve basis however, should you need to reschedule, we will allow you to choose a date (based on availability) within ONE YEAR from your original date of service to apply the deposit to. The deposit will only be forfeited if you choose not to reschedule within this time.
